Come Dance With Us!

All auditions will be held in the dance studios in the Arts Village ()in room W2.133 (MD 143). Please arrive early to register and bring your Fall 2026 schedule to reference. Dancers should wear unrestricting clothing for movement and bring appropriate footwear for different styles. No outdoor shoes. A basic production calendar will be provided at auditions.

Student Choreography Auditions
Friday, August 21, 2026  |  2 - 4 pm  |  W2.133 (MD 143)
Application deadline – 2 pm

  • Open to students who have completed DNCE 55 (Choreography I) or can demonstrate choreographic experience. Intermediate/ advanced level of (any) dance technique training recommended.
  • Choreographers come prepared with movement to present along with information about their work (concept, music, casting, costuming, etc).
  • If selected, choreographers are required to audition dancers from the Dancer Audition Saturday August 22.

Dancer Auditions
Saturday, August 22, 2026  |  1 - 6 pm  |  W2.133 (MD 143)
Noon – registration opens
12:30 pm costume measurements (for new dancers)

  • Open to all dancers of any level and style.
  • Dancers will learn several combinations across different styles and techniques by both faculty and student choreographers.
  • Rehearsal schedules are arranged based on dancer and choreographer availability. Be sure to bring your schedule for the semester.
